News that has been rumour for a while is now coming into play at the end of April. Google are set to change how they rate a websites mobile friendliness. This is to become part of a new algorithm change at the end of April.

ggle.jpgNews that has been rumour for a while is now coming into play at the end of April. Google are set to change how they rate a websites mobile friendliness. This is to become part of a new algorithm change at the end of April.

Google recognises that a lot of searches are carried out on mobile devices now (tablets / smart phones etc..) and a lot more people are using e-commerce websites to purchase via mobile as well as browse the web so they are adjusting how searches are conducted to enable mobile users to get mobile ready website results.

If you don't have a mobile friendly website, you should consider making the change. The potential of missing out on leads and sales maybe great as the change progresses and your competitors change theirs.
